David A. Lerman has been a California attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. Mr. Lerman tried numerous jury trials to verdict, handled numerous California State Labor Commissioner wage and hour hearings, labor/employment arbitrations, and mediations. Mr. Lerman has represented numerous accident victims relating to bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability cases, and dog attacks. Mr. Lerman also works with consumers to deal with unfair medical billing, and billing of injured workers for medical care that should be paid by worker´s compensation. We strive to effectively and permanently resolve legal issues for clients.
